A Conversation with Dr. Mark Lewis

The long-serving Chief Scientist of the USAF has spent the past few years back at the University of Maryland and then working for the Institute for Defence Analysis.

He is now back in the Pentagon and is serving as Director of Defense Research and Engineering for Modernization.
