Super Hornet Training Course

No. 82 Wing Training Flight is responsible for the F/A-18F Super Hornet Operational Conversion course where a select group of aircrew trainees apply their skills.

The most recent course, completed in December 2021 at RAAF Bases Tindal and Amberley, enabled the graduation of up to four graduated F/A-18F air crew.

Instructor Squadron Glyn Williams and trainee aircrew Pilot Officer’s Elysia Cave-Freeman and Jack Leavesley were all involved in this year’s course.
